Applegate Pulliam Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency in New Albany, Indiana, started in 2025 by Chase Applegate and Charlie Pulliam. Our office is at 222 Pearl St #103, New Albany, IN 47150.
If you can lose it or get sued for it, we can probably cover it.
Why we built an independent agency
Chase has been in insurance for more than 15 years. He ran an agency tied to one company and did large commercial insurance for bigger firms. He kept seeing the same thing: books of business get churned every three to five years, because the agency is tied to one company's rates and rules.
So we built an agency that isn't. We work with 36 insurance companies, we write home, auto, life and business, and if we ever leave a client it will be because we made that choice, not because a company changed its rules or got bought.
How we work
We're insurance advisors. We're not here to punch buttons and hand you the lowest number. Every quote comes with an audit of what you have and what you're missing, and when you have a claim we reach out within 24 to 48 hours to help.
